Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy, and Part BEAUTIFUL views and LOVING animals! Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes! No yoga experience is needed.

Our venue is No Regrets Farm Sanctuary in Monroe which is located between Eugene and Corvallis. Our events are held outdoors (weather permitting) or inside THE most amazing 130-year-old barn with 360-degree views of the Southern Willamette Valley.

CARPOOLING IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED SINCE PARKING IS TRICKY! Please arrive no earlier than 15-minutes before class. We start class promptly at the time listed.
