Did you know…No Regrets Farm Sanctuary launched the VERY FIRST Goat Yoga Class in the WORLD on August 13th, 2016? Our idea went VIRAL and now you can find Goat Yoga all over the world! We hope you’ll come out to the farm and help us celebrate! We’ll be giving out prizes and have a very special Annivesary Goat Happy Hour.

LET IT ALL GOAT with the original goats that started the global phenomenon…GOAT YOGA! Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy, and Part BEAUTIFUL views and LOVING animals! Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes! No yoga experience is needed.

Our venue is No Regrets Farm Sanctuary in Monroe which is located between Eugene and Corvallis. Our events are held outdoors (weather permitting) or inside THE most amazing 130-year-old barn with 360-degree views of   in the Southern Willamette Valley.

CARPOOLING IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED SINCE PARKING IS TRICKY! Please arrive no earlier than 15-minutes before class. We start class promptly at the time listed.
