Join us for happy distractions and Holiday Goat Yoga followed by Goat Happy Hour with delicious hot cider. Let it all Goat while making forever memories! Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy, and Part BEAUTIFUL views! Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes! No yoga experience is needed.
Our magical barn is decked out in Holiday Decor at No Regrets Farm Sanctuary in Monroe which is located between Eugene and Corvallis. Our events are held outdoors (weather permitting) and inside THE most amazing 130-year-old barn with 360-degree views of the Bellfountain Valley in the Southern Willamette Valley.
